JEE Main 2023 Notification Released for Session-2, Apply Online

About JEE Main 2023 Session-2: The announcement for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Examination 2023 Session-2 has been made public by the National Testing Agency (NTA). From February 15, 2023, eligible applicants may submit an online application for the JEE Main 2023 at jeemain.nta.nic.in. There are two papers in the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE (Main)). For admission to undergraduate engineering programmes (B.E./B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, and other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), as well as at institutions/universities supported/recognized by participating State Governments, Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) is administered. Additionally, it is a JEE (Advanced) eligibility test for IIT admission. For entry into the country’s B. Arch and B. Planning programmes, Paper 2 is administered.

The JEE (Main) – 2023 will be held in two sessions for the academic year 2023–2024: Session 1 (January 2023) and Session 2 (February 2022). (April 2023).

There is no upper age limit for applicants who wish to participate in the JEE (Main) – 2023. No matter their age, students who passed the class 12 or equivalent test in 2021, 2022, or who are taking the exam in 2023 may register for the JEE (Main) – 2023 examination. However, the applicants might need to meet the institute(sage )’s requirements if they want to be considered for admission.

Educational Qualification for JEE Mains 2023

For B.E/ B.Tech: Candidates should be passed qualifying examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects.

For B.Arch: 12th Pass with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry

For B.Planning: 12th Pass with Mathematics

JEE Main 2023 Session-2 Exam Pattern

English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu would be among the 13 languages used to conduct JEE (Main) in 2023. Only Session 1 will be available for applicants to select in the JEE (Main) – 2023 first session. The candidates can choose Session 2 in the following session, which will be visible.

According to the information provided in the Information Bulletin and as separately announced through a Public Notice, the application window for Session 2 will be reopened. Candidates are urged to consult the JEE (Main) 2023 Information Bulletin, which is posted on the website jeemain.nta.nic.in, for details regarding the papers, schemes, timing, eligibility, and other matters.
