How To Apply For Pan Card :

How To Do Correction In Pan Card :

Step 1: Go to the NSDL E-Governance website, www.tin-nsdl.com.

Step 2: Select “PAN” from the Services Section.

Step 3: In the “Change/Correction in PAN Data” box, click “Apply.”

Step 4: Choose “Modifications or Correction in existing PAN data/Reprint of PAN Card (No changes in Existing PAN Data)” from the “Application Type” dropdown menu.

Step 5: Choose the appropriate assessee category from the “Category” drop-down box. For instance, if your PAN is registered in your name, choose “Individual” from the list.

Step 6: At this point, fill in your name, birthday, email address, and mobile number.

Step 7: Complete the captcha and press “Submit.”

Step 8: Your request will be registered, and the email address you gave will receive a token number. By selecting the button located beneath it, you can get on with the process.

Step 9: You will then be taken to the form, where you can choose one of three ways to submit your documents. Select “Submit scanned pictures with e-Sign on NSDL e-gov.”

Step 10: Complete all the fields, including the ones for your Aadhaar number, your mother’s name (if applicable), and your father’s name. Then click “Next.”

Step 11: A new page will now be opened so you can change your address.

Step 12: Upload all required documents, including PAN, address, age, and identification proofs.

Step 13: Sign the declaration, then press “Submit.”

You will be taken to the payment page in step 14 of the process. Demand draughts, net banking, and credit/debit cards can all be used for payment.

Step 15: A receipt slip will be produced following a successful payment. The applicant should print it out and return it, along with the physical verification of documents, to the NSDL e-gov office. Additionally, add two photos to the area provided, along with a sign. On the top of the envelope, write “Application for PAN Change” and the acknowledgement number.

How To Check Pan Card Status :

As a preliminary step, go to the NSDL website at https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pantan/StatusTrack.html.

Step 2: From the menu, choose “Track PAN Status.”

Step 3: Next, under “Application Type,” select “PAN-New/Change Request.”

Step 4: Enter your 15-digit acknowledgement number in the field that is presented.

Step 5: To check the status of your PAN card application, enter the captcha code in the space provided.

Step 6: From the menu, choose “Submit.”

Step 7: A screen will display your NSDL PAN Card’s current status.
